Adobe Photoshop as a free iPhone app

by Usman Latif on October 11, 2009

Adobe launched a free iPhone app for its one of the most popular digital image editing software named Adobe Photoshop. With this powerful tool, now iPhone users can add stunning effects to their digital images, captured through their mobile camera without even connecting or turning on any PC or laptop.

This free iPhone app allows users to view full screen photos and edit it right there. Users can adjust color, enhance exposure and vibrancy and can convert images to black and white. Users can also add eye-catching special effects and can apply changes like Warm, Vintage, Vignette and Pop with just one click. Users can even undo and redo the actions within the app.

After editing photos, users can upload them directly to their Photoshop.com account. The new iPhone app allows users to access their entire Photoshop.com gallery which allows 2GB of free space and is enough for 1,500 photos.

“Now, with access to powerful editing and sharing tools, iPhone users are armed with the resources to document all of life’s unexpected moments, make them look their best and then re-live those memories with friends and family” said Doug Mack, the vice president and general manager of Consumer and Hosted Solutions at Adobe in a press release.

iPhone users, just point your browser to mobile.photoshop.com/iphone for more details on the free photoshop application or access this free iPhone app from Apple’s App Store on their iPhone and iPod Touch.
